...Surprising! And not only that... Of course it has flaws but it defends itself quite well in quality: its 12mm thick case, its 42mm diameter (quite contained on my 18.5cm wrist) bring me a certain comfort on the wrist; its weight (91g) also has something to do with it. I love this marriage of the two colors, blue and gray form an all-in-one: blue for sport and gray for chic. The gray of the dial is sunrayed which gives it a rather surprising play of colors (you see it is!). Then this type of case called "compressor" which allows the internal bezel to be rotated using the crown at 2 p.m. gives it a surprising charm (and 2!). The polish as well as the brushing on the side of the case give it two facets: the polish for shine and the brushing for discretion. In short, a versatile watch that gives value for money in this price range since this type of watch is quite rare on the market (not to say impossible to find). So yes, there are some for much less expensive but not as well crafted. As for the date and its hands, I like the reminder of the trident on the second hand and on the back of the case (maybe it's Poseidon's watch?) and the arrow that indicates the minutes precisely. What I like less are its indexes (non-luminescent) and quite thin as well as the hour hand that I find without particular charm. The date, oh this date, is controversial, well for me I got used to it: it is original and I even find it surprising (and 3!) in terms of its location. As for the bracelet, nothing special, very good quality, good comfort, solid. As for the buckle, it's not great but I'll take it with this defect. The movement (Sellita sw 200-1), 38 hours of power reserve (quite low but does the job), a drift per day of about 10 seconds and then well it's all solid movement, a real tractor. Waterproof to 300 m, date-hour-minute, case that is both classy and sporty thanks to the 2 colors, its 2 well-crafted crowns and then this domed sapphire crystal which gives it an undeniable charm and versatility, little extra on the dial: the numbers at 3 p.m., 6 p.m. and 9 o'clock which also give it this professional diving watch side that I personally like, in short my Alpina Seastrong Diver Heritage is beautiful, it has charm, it is chic and sporty, it goes with any outfit, it is solid, it can brave the elements, survive a storm aboard my boat, it will follow me wherever I go because it will surprise me again and again (and 4!).
