This chronograph is truly atypical. By that I mean that it is really different from what can be found on the market at the moment. It is already a very contained size 38mm and 12.5 thick. It is of the dress type unlike sports chronographs such as Rolex or aerial ones like Longines. The quality is fantastic and the photos really do not do justice to the aesthetics of the watch. You have to hold it in your hand to really see it. I chose the classic panda color compared to my outfits but this chronograph is also available in superb green, blue and non colors. It is also a limited edition of 100 copies .... it is always nice to believe that we have a watch a little "exclusive"

An underrated gem

First purchase at Mido I am totally delighted. This shape from the past presents all the characteristics of a modern watch. The marriage is fabulous. Not being particularly vintage this watch totally meets my criteria, a superb aesthetic and characteristics that are no less so. This orange rubber strap associated with this gray dial modernizes and brings a beautiful sporty touch to the model. Concerning the movement it is a little too early to give my opinion.

A modern slap from the past

Initially looking for a chrono I hesitated between a Vulcain, an Echo Neutra and the so-called Hanhart 417 ES and to be honest it was last on my list because the Bund strap bracelet only moderately attracted me. 
Finally I opted for the latter and I do not regret it at all. It is 100x better in real life than what the photos can give and Finally this bracelet is a killer ... it is ultimately inseparable from the charm of the watch even if the steel bracelet also saws very well. 
The quality of the 417 ES is impeccable. 
I fell in love with it.

A charm from the past

This sinn has an exemplary finish, as soon as you take it in hand you immediately feel that it exudes quality. Everything is balanced in this watch and the red second discreetly brings its little touch of color. It is superb in its simplicity and efficiency. The movement is better regulated than the cosc + 3 s / d. The only small drawbacks would be the power reserve at 38 hours and the rather large clasp but otherwise nothing to say, this sinn 356 is a very good canvas watch

Pure toolwatch

Hello I just bought this brand new blatic bronze brown color and I am delighted with it. Aesthetically in any case it is superb and the sapphire insert makes all the difference compared to the basic bronze models. For the movement it is given for 9 seconds per day so rather correct. For the patina we will see with time. But for the moment very happy with my purchase even if it has literally been 20 minutes since it came out of its box.

Stunning

Seeing this watch through the internet reviews I was more and more tempted to buy it. But not knowing this brand I hesitated because I must admit I am like a certain number of people unfortunately influenced by marketing .... I finally listened to my heart and I ordered it ... and what a shock! The favorite was entrusted by 1000 .... the videos do not do justice to the beauty, the originality and the quality of manufacture of the watch ... I see nothing negative to say about this timepiece except maybe just a little knack to take to put on the bracelet. Bracelet which is also very comfortable. This watch is unlike any other in the good sense of the term. For future buyers you will not be disappointed

Out of the ordinary

The brand Baltic was created in 2017 during a Kickstarter campaign by Etienne Malec and his associates in Paris, France. After a long wait, I received my new Baltic Aquascaphe Bronze and it is hard to leave my wrist 😁. The finishes are really great. The dial, the indexes and the typography which take up the color of the case, the sapphire insert of the bezel which adjoins the double dome and what to say about the work on the crown... Now, I let time do its work!

Baltic Aquascaphe Bronze marron

For my first bronze watch, I chose this very pretty Baltic Aquascaphe watch in bronze (CuAl8) which evolves over time and acquires a magnificent patina.

Magnificent blue sunray dial,
The case back is in 316L steel with an engraved diver.
It is water-resistant to a depth of 200 meters,
Anti-reflective double-domed sapphire crystal,
The movement is a Miyota 9039 Automatic with a 42-hour power reserve,
The case diameter is 39 mm for a thickness of 13 mm,
20mm Tropic rubber strap and bronze buckle,
The hands and indexes are coated with Super-Luminova C1.

Reliable and scalable.

Here, we are dealing with an oddity from Baltic. Both modern, but with this aftertaste of vintage, rustic but elegant, does not reinvent anything, but resolutely different and all its grace or because of the bronze. It does nothing more than what is asked of it and that is already quite enough. 
Robust and waterproof to 200 m, it will easily accompany you on all aquatic outings once equipped with its Tropic bracelet which smells wonderfully of vanilla. 
All you have to do is replace the bracelet with a pretty brown leather to change everything, leather on a diver? Sacrilege! You will tell me... Well no! The magic works and we end up with an almost dressy watch and the sapphire bezel as well as the crème brûlée colored indexes are not for nothing. 
Time and humidity will quickly take the golden shine off the immaculate bronze out of the box, but that's not a bad thing, nothing and no one escapes the ravages of time, not even a watch, bronze remains a poetic reminder of this maxim.

On this Baltic, it's almost flawless? Robust and versatile but also precise thanks to its Miyota 9000 series, the only downside if it was necessary to find one, a French movement would have been perfect and a Tropic bracelet a little less rigid from the factory (a problem that the new Tropic FMK of the hermetic tourer model solves, but can only be purchased separately)

From rustic to dressed

Baltic aquascaphe blue grit bronze first numbered series (279/300) in 39 mm. Original model which has already bathed and which has held up well. This bronze alloy oxidizes only by becoming matte. Reliable model which is very robust. Comfortable on a daily basis despite its weight. Only the after-sales service has never responded to my request to post a review on their site. Too busy certainly wanting to play in the big league internationally.

Original French bronze diver

Looking for a bronze watch at a reasonable price, I naturally turned to this aquascaphe
Beautifully engraved case back with a diver, we are in the codes of Baltic
Original chocolate color with a nice smoke especially in good weather
Crown easily handled with a crown protector
The patina is done very quickly in less than 15 days we go from gold to black quickly, don't panic ☺️
Two downsides the bracelet is not comfortable to avoid and the marks of the bracelet which are visible on the case back, a known problem at Baltic
