A watch made with passion by a very friendly creator, it goes with all classic or casual styles. Very beautiful finishes with perfect case machining, a domed plastic glass reminiscent of the greatest divers. Steve Mcqueen could have worn it on his wrist!

I hadn't taken the plunge during the first series and regretted it a little. Then, I learned through social networks that a new version, even more accomplished, was distributed among others by the Clouzeau jeweler... and I cracked! Mainly wearing large diameter watches (rarely under 42 mm), I find this "small" BND perfectly proportioned, sitting perfectly on my wrist, very present and hyper qualitative. For a very reasonable price, we access an astonishing level of finish. And the harmony of the lum of the indexes and the bezel marries wonderfully with the 3 chosen dial colors. In a pure vintage style... An essential watch (anyway, aren't they all???) and to wear in all circumstances, without worry, as it seems so solid and foolproof! Or how to treat yourself at a very low price...

How could I have missed this gem!!
New and happy owner of this brown BND, I am under the spell of this sporty / chic diver.
Its contained 39mm frame falls perfectly on my wrist. It combines all the assets of a toolwatch.
After several attempts at bracelet combinations, the choice is difficult as everything suits it!
In short, you will have understood, this BND is amazing. So don't wait any longer: Go for it with your eyes closed....

Heart stroke!

Nice design, top quality manufacturing, plexi glass as we like, waterproof and an endearing founder, a versatility in terms of the color of the dial which changes depending on the light and the bracelet which gives it a completely different personality. The modern vintage side is endearing as is the community of owners in a price range perfectly suited to an independent French design.

At the top

I have the v2 of the BND Mn, so the version with screwed crown. The watch is very well finished and very pleasant to wear thanks to a controlled diameter and thickness. We have in our hands a modern watch with a vintage spirit. The watch is versatile enough to accept both colored topics and leathers. In summary, a very pleasant watch, well finished and without any hassle, all for less than €550!

An unbeatable quality-price ratio

Exemplary finishes, robust mechanism, the watch is extremely well thought out and made. Vincent the creator is very friendly and very available for his customers. The perfect “Tool Watch”!

A quick look back at my latest acquisition: the second-generation black BND.
A watch that I owe to Stef and Sylvain (Basyl)…

First of all, the origin of the brand:
Vincent B became interested in watchmaking very early on and decided, when he was in his thirties, to found his own watch brand.
So he created the BND brand and designed a first series of a model with three dial colors.
That's when I started hearing about this new brand on different media (Fam, Facebook, etc.)
Then, two years later, rather than creating a new watch, he decided to improve his first model.
So, he equipped his watches with a screw-down crown, improved the water resistance from 100 to 200 m, put in a sapphire crystal, etc.
Personally, I have always admired the approach of these young entrepreneurs who are launching into the design and manufacture of watches.
And when Stef entered the brand, I was able to appreciate the work done on these watches.
So I fell for a black BND.
I find thanks to the finesse of the horns, the profile of the watch, the piercing of the horns a little bit of the feeling that I have with my 14060.
So, of course we are not on equivalent watches.
Of course there is no chamfer on the BND, of course the quality and the materials are not the same.
But the dimensions, the finesse, the comfort, the practicality due to the pierced horns, mean that there is a little bit of that in this watch anyway.
I chose the black dial because with the pierced horns, changing the strap is easy. And with a black dial, you can allow yourself all the fancies.
On the dial, the brand logo and the marine anchor. Simple, sober, effective.
The indexes at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock are triangular, round elsewhere. All loaded with luminova.
This makes the watch very readable.
The crown is now screwed, but it is also signed.
The bezel is unidirectional 120 clicks.
I think it was 60 clicks for the first version.
Always this desire to improve its product and make it a more accomplished watch that I appreciate.
All the indications of the bezel are in luminova.
It is both effective and aesthetic.
Unless I am mistaken, the glass on the first version was a plexiglass.
In this new version, it is a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. The double dome allows to keep this little vintage air.

So here is a watch that offers a lot for a little more than 500 euros.
It gives an impression of quality and undeniable solidity.
It is versatile thanks to its pierced horns that allow a quick change of the bracelet.
Its 20 lug width is standard and allows a wide choice of bracelets (so many brands make 19 or 21 lug widths and limit this choice)
A little vintage side of the best effect.

A nice surprise

A retro look without being a caricature or a copy is not complicated but few brands transform the test as well and with such a good quality-price ratio. Pleasant to wear, pretty, precise and well finished. What more could you ask for? I wear it mainly on Nato but the leather provided with it is also very pleasant and gives it a slightly more chic side.

Un super daily 

I have owned the BND for 2 years and it is my ideal "toolwatch"/holiday watch. It is very comfortable, waterproof (even if it does not have a screw-down crown) and robust so comfortable in all conditions. It comes with 2 very good quality NATO straps. What I like above all is its dial (here the brown one) which varies depending on the light, turning from chocolate brown to slightly faded vintage in a turn of the wrist. We have a watch with a retro look, even vintage with the tritium-look indexes but with the robustness of a modern one and the ease of maintenance/repair in the event of a problem. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the watch, made in France (we could say that it is a very good French alternative to the iconic Seiko 5, which is a compliment). Vincent, the creator, is very nice and super responsive by email. A real pleasure to go through these small confidential brands. No fuss, no pompous marketing, a great watch with multiple qualities and a very good price. The 2nd generation of BND watches further strengthens the qualities of the watch with a screw-down crown and other improvements.

A very high quality, robust and super sexy watch

I knew the brand through friends who own it, I was lucky enough to have one and I must admit that I am won over. I wear it almost every day whether I am in a suit or jeans. It is very comfortable to wear, it is beautiful and the finishes are rather good. Its diameter is ideal for me and I find that its blue is perfectly successful. A real surprise

A truly beautiful discovery

Beautiful rendering and beautiful presence on the wrist, it pleases a lot, it's a real favorite, I had worn the mk1 but the mk2 brings a double dome glass and a screwed crown, it is very accomplished. The NH35 is unsurprisingly precise, I am delighted with my purchase, good job Vincent, your watch exudes passion, bravo!

Nice surprise

I love this watch. I wear it in everything, in a suit with navy blue nato... in cool mode, denim shirt and khaki nato. It has style, it's super quality and an ultra affordable price... in the end it's my partner in 100% of situations. I say bravo. It's a pleasure to wear a French brand.

Great watch, unbeatable value for money, great look, good finishes, all for an ultra-low price. The movement is super reliable, not a second of lag since I bought it. This watch is a Swiss army knife watch that is both casual and classy depending on the strap you put on, timeless, classic!

A gem to discover

I had been looking for a tool watch for some time and a friend advised me to take a look at the BND. What result? A mastered watch with a balanced design and a technical part of choice, all for a very reasonable budget. A return to the very essence of a tool watch? Yes, without hesitation.

Back to the future!

After talking to the creator, I supported the project and bought a blue mark1. Repeat with the brown mark2. Top Toolwatch, unbeatable value for money. Classic, robust, combining modernity and charm, both models are quite easy to wear and on all occasions. A must-have to collect. Looking forward to seeing future projects.

La toolwatch ultime 

This is a first generation model. I found it on Kickstarter and I immediately subscribed to its seventies look, with a blue dial. I like simple and stripped dials, without date, enhanced by a very discreet notched crown. I wear it with a bonklip bracelet from Joseph Bonnie that I really like in summer when the wrist swells 😉

A watch for every day

Some time that I was looking for a toolwatch again. My criteria was the following: micro brand, French, 500€ budget, waterproof 200m minimum. Then I came across this brand, 150 pieces per color and I chose brown for a change and it is finally the most beautiful for me in terms of nuances. The finishes are really superb for the price. NH35 movement adjusted by a watchmaker beforehand. In short, I made the right choice and will follow this brand with interest. The plus, we will have little chance of coming across one on the wrist and that pleases me.

My first French micro-brand

Very beautiful watch, which takes up the timeless codes of diving watches with just the right amount of originality. I love the matte brown color of its dial and the sobriety of the logo. The watch is very comfortable to wear because of its size. I also like the fact that it is a limited series made by an enthusiast, I have not seen one on anyone's wrist and I am introducing it to many collectors.

Total success

I own 2 BNDs and each of these watches gives me a lot of pleasure. Beautiful finishes, refined vintage spirit, discretion but still a nice presence. If you like watches that take you on a journey into the glorious past of the "useful" watch, the BND is a nice surprise and I highly recommend it.

An addictive BND

A watch that I wear on any occasion, with a polo shirt or a suit...on Nato or on leather. The blue/black dial is perfect, you have to look at it when the sun shines on it or the light goes down: superb!

A modern watch with a vintage look

My BND has been with me every day since 2021. It is light, discreet, pretty and above all waterproof! For €385 I don't think we could offer a product as well finished as this one. It doesn't have a screw-down crown but I have tested it well at sea, swimming, kayaking, etc. The designer followed up on my order every time I asked him to. Great contact. I highly recommend it.

BN Day

I discovered this pretty French micro-brand on the watch observer. Purchased immediately, it's the first version, it doesn't have a screw-down crown. No worries, she loves swimming! This watch is a real success, I highly recommend it! Plus it has a great value for money.

Very comfortable to wear, perfect size, super tight budget that allows you to wear it without worrying. I play with tropics of all colors according to my mood and its black dial of my copy lends itself to all fantasies. It is very often on my wrist and it is always a pleasure.
