This little 39mm ball with a field watch character is actually quite dressed up. With its polished case and elegant typography, it manages to be the most chic of the rail timepieces. A fairly rare edition on the market in this black dial version, it reveals its magnificent caliber through its rear sapphire. The dial is a well-domed double dome that highlights this pretty black dial with these indexes and this truly magnificent typography. The h3 gas tubes that are Ball's specialty are supposed to shine 100 times brighter than superluminova and without the need to expose this to light beforehand. However, this little gem is more than 15 years old now, no more light comes out of the micro tubes and it is necessary to have them replaced by the parent company. What I like beyond its dimensions and all the specs that I announced, are these beautiful hands which, I don't know why, have a particular effect on me. This watch I wanted to acquire at the base as an elegant toolwatch a little goes everywhere turns out to be in fact a discreet, refined and efficient dress watch. This beautiful, timeless 33x42 Longines Evidenza dress watch in steel, tonneau shape, has all the codes of a chic watch with a lovely art deco touch. A small seconds dial completes the large eggshell dial with its Roman numeral indexes. A small date window at 6 o'clock completes the ensemble. The mechanical manufacture movement with automatic winding turns the pretty straight dauphine-shaped hands. Finally, the 19mm horn-to-horn spacer is dressed in a Milanese mesh bracelet from Joseph Bonnie instead of an original Longines grain of rice that I find a little old-fashioned in terms of style, even if it is very comfortable.

Longines Evidenza L2.642.451.6

This dress watch is a chronograph with a date window at 3 o'clock. The pretty metallic blue dauphine hands contrast with the white guilloche dial. The applied indexes as well as the 4 Arabic numerals 2, 4, 8 and 10 reinforce its elegant character. The reo with a tachymeter scale also brings a beautiful depth. The case has very beautiful proportions with these old-fashioned horns affixed to the pretty 38mm diameter of the dial. We can also note the work on the crown and the pushers. The engraving on the back is very fine, perhaps too superficial. It is a really very chic wristwatch that makes me travel. Indeed, on my wrist, I see myself on the terrace of a café in Venice with a beautiful Italian shirt and a risretto in my hand. Extremely elegant and readable despite all its complications, this little Longines really has the chic to make our Italian class grow.

Longines Ernest Francillon 1867 chronograph

This Phoibos impresses for its value for money. Indeed, it ticks all the boxes of the technical specifications (beautiful proportions 41mm cc 46 ec 22mm). Very beautiful finishes with these niece photos in applique with flashy colors on a very pretty textured dial in the shape of waves that capture the light very well. This watch has the luxury of being able to be worn in casual mode on the beach without risk like a gshock with its fantasy and summer colors BUT it is an automatic Seiko tractor, a sapphire crystal, a water resistance of 300m and a ceramic bezel WTF! Bravo the made in china quali!

This little gem with superb proportions and incredible comfort is a UFO. The absolutely fabulous dial in its Aventurine finish with this really very nice phase complication. The titanium brings lightness to this robust and incredibly well-executed timepiece. The photos do not convey the impression of incredible quality of finishes. Only 120 copies in the world and a sale that did not last more than 1 minute before being sold out. I love this exclusive piece with its unbeatable quality-price ratio and the charm it exudes.

I found this magnificent vintage monobloc gold-plated watch in perfect condition. This pretty lady with a beige dial and very fine gold indexes is very chic with a diameter of 35mm. No date, and very fine hands, which reinforces its elegant side. I had been charmed by this jewel to complete my watch collection and wear it for social occasions. Failed! My wife set her sights on it…. It became her chic outing watch to match her little black dress and high heels.

Tissot Seastar Seven gold 18k de 1969

This beautiful 1969 automatic belonged to my mother who bought it at the time, for professional dives all over the world. Its retro style and small size are really in tune with the times! But time has still left its mark by giving it a sort of magnificent patina that has improved it. This timepiece is a dive into my childhood and my family emotions. Beyond its beauty and reliability (it works perfectly), it gives me incredible nostalgia and pride because it carries within it a soul and a story... that of my mother.

A real dive into 1969

With my profession, I risk damaging my beautiful watches. So, for my daily professional life, I need a very, very robust, reliable watch with useful complications (alarm, timer, date, day, etc.). However, I want a watch that I find pretty and suitable for my wrist that gives me as much satisfaction as my beautiful automatics (but that I can drop, knock, etc.). The solution is the G shock GM-2100... my love for green timepieces is reflected in this beautiful futuristic metal dial. This watch with very reasonable dimensions for a G shock makes it seem like something else. And for this price, honestly, this timepiece is incredible!!! The only flaw may be in this rubber strap that is too rigid, which makes it less comfortable to wear. Finally, this addictive model really has a lot of charm, and manages to transform itself into an almost luxurious and chic watch despite all the features that make g shock objects Wow 🤯

Green Casio-Oak metal  waou !

This pretty, very contemporary dress watch is a reliable and efficient companion. With its Powermatic 80 caliber and its beautiful power reserve, this Tissot is easy to live with. Its metallic silver sunray dial surprises with its beautiful, very changing reflections but remains very readable with its shiny and well-contrasted indexes. The date is also very readable at 6 o'clock. Its diameter is a little imposing for a dress watch but its finesse makes it very comfortable. I dressed it with a pretty bracelet from my favorite brand (Joseph Bonnie) in 21mm. And yes, the horn to horn is not standard on this timepiece.... Finally, its crown is a real delight to handle and the very sober but modern design allows this watch to be versatile while remaining elegant and tasteful.

A modern dress watch

This magnificent Longines Spirit Zulu time was my first truly beautiful automatic watch. I had to wait until I was forty to buy it. It brought together everything I was looking for. A real GMT, a quality caliber, a watchmaking history, an aesthetic love at first sight. Longines is a brand that speaks to me, because I have a namesake ancestor who was an aviation pioneer and who used on-board instruments from this magnificent Swiss brand. It was therefore natural that I would turn to a watch with the characteristics of pilot watches with a little retro side.
