A model surfing a little on the revival of the seventies with its inspiration Gérald Genta. It is frankly pleasant, its blue tapestry dial plays with the light at every moment which is always very pleasant at first glance. Its movement is very precise. But the finishes up close are not up to par, it has a big flaw which means that I will surely part with it, its bracelet does not allow fine adjustment so too tight or too loose. Its big advantage is its versatility, this sport chic mix that it masters wonderfully. Its water resistance of X or 10atm guarantees us a suitable water resistance to take a shower or swim calmly. The ideal choice for a reasonable budget. But try it in store to see if the bracelet suits you.

Tissot PRX80 bleu Powermatic 

A little gem that I managed to find, a special edition for the Asian market to celebrate the U as a bond. This vital letter in the name of this special model means "Unity", but it also phonetically evokes the English "You". And just as we all have multiple facets, sometimes even opposite, the dial of this watch dares the contrast of colors that is accentuated by a light touch of rose gold. Its 38.5 mm diameter case houses the hand-wound Alpha caliber. This contrast of the black dial with this Californian numeral half Arabic half Roman in ivory color circled by a rose gold line that echoes the hands.

Want to attract attention? It's easy with the California dial of my Club Campus. Its 38.5 millimeter diameter is generously proportioned and will fit any wrist. This timepiece always looks stunning — with a suit, while traveling around the world or dancing the night away. And only diamonds are harder than its sapphire crystal. I can only recommend getting the optional transparent caseback as the Nomos manufacture movements offer a truly beautiful finish that our Swiss friends are unable to produce at this price ;-)

My first participation in a collaborative work at the level of the design of my Club, being able to participate in the development of the design and technical characteristics make it my almost unique piece. Choosing with precision the color of the dial, the sub-dials of the small seconds, the choice of the timer; much more than a timepiece. Very pleasant to wear, reliable and precise mechanics, an exceptional finish in relation to the price.

Tetra Pflaume Power Reserve

One of our most striking watches: the classic, square NOMOS with a respectable 46-millimeter diagonal, an ultra-thin and extremely precise automatic caliber and an elegantly casual dial in silver gray as a slice. At 7.2 millimeters thick (which is incredible for an automatic watch of this precision), My Tetra silvercut fits comfortably under cufflinks. I love the design of the lugs that brings that little thirties touch that particularly touches me.

Nomos Metro Grande Date power reserve

An Omega Speedmaster not necessarily liked by so-called purists... And yet it is just crazy and so much more intelligent with its 24-hour time indication which makes more sense in its space missions where there is no day. Its dial is extraordinary, I admit that I understand more people who are passionate about tritium indexes and hands which give a vintage touch with a very sexy patina. Its automatic caliber is extremely precise, the finish of the case is crazy, the Mark series do not have the love they deserve and so much the better for me ;-)

Speedmaster Mark IV 

Here is my first very beautiful vintage with its typical 70s look, a watch offering very good wearing comfort, automatic mechanics like Omega do so well, precise, elegant but sporty. An ultra ingenious bracelet changing system. Despite its age I find it very current, I would like to find this comfort and lightness on current watches.

Omega Geneva Dynamic

A watch that marks an anniversary, my 45th birthday, a more discreet brand than its elder. A perfectly assumed Gold and Steel watch. The quality is there, the precision is diabolical. Its only flaw for me is the folding clasp without a quick micro adjustment. The velvet black dial, the gold hands, the applied indexes are really of a very beautiful finish. The case of mine has a marking of its big sister Rolex...

Tudor Black Bay Steel & Gold

This is my first experience with a micro brand, acquired without having been able to see it or try it. Desire following photos on Instagram; I must say that it is a total success, a well-marked style and just a combination of toolwatch with a more mountaineering style and the touch of poetry with the moon.

The brand Nomos Glash&uuml;tte was founded in 1990 by Roland Schwertner in Glash&uuml;tte, Germany. After a long search for my first and only mechanical watch, I chose the Club Campus 737 from Nomos. Its rounded contours, generous dial and little touch of color make it a perfect choice for me. This watch is not flashy, but as soon as you look at the finishes, you can't help but notice the attention to detail and the quality of the finishes (especially in terms of the caliber that you can see through a transparent case back). The slightly long lugs put some people off, but personally I don't see any problem with that, the watch fits properly on my wrist. The strap provided with the watch is very pretty. I am fully satisfied.
