I was looking to acquire a first mechanical watch for less than 1000 euros (at the time). I followed the advice of a good friend who is a fan of very beautiful watches and who knows me well. Special sentimental value: gift from my father for my 40th birthday (budget: 8,000 euros or less). Not being a real collector, I was looking for a watch that could go anywhere and... I bought this watch for everyday use but with a robust appearance to wear it on my trips and hikes.
I changed the steel bracelet for a rubber strap to be able to use it more easily as a tool watch.
It is of excellent precision and the quality of finish is there. What a pleasure to be able to see the movement!

Adventurer watch

Impulse purchase after wearing it. A blue dial just like the ceramic bezel adding a vintage side to a watch already vintage (1st original version dating from 1957). Full titanium with an ultra light weight of 110 g. The original bracelet was polished in the center of the links, I preferred to have it satin-finished for a more discreet appearance. A brown leather strap and another blue one were purchased afterwards to change its look depending on the situation. If you have the opportunity to try one, especially in the titanium version........you might fall for it like me :)

Powerful, ultra modern and timeless, the case, bezel and bracelet shine brightly.

In the blue version, the dial (color and waves) truly lives according to the light and the direction of the gaze... the date appears at 6:00 in white on a blue background and blends in very discreetly without unbalancing the whole. A nod to the hands and the super bi-color lumi-nova.... See photo.

In short, a beautiful piece that I enjoy wearing regularly on the weekend, but which remains very present on the wrist with its 42mm and almost 200 gr.
