As a member of the brotherhood of chicken wrists (15cm), I always looked at the Orient Bambino from afar because of their 40.5mm diameter. However, at the end of 2024, Orient is releasing a 38mm bambino with a pink/salmon dial. I fell for it straight away without even trying it on. After a few weeks of wearing it, I'm not disappointed at all. For around €300, it's a very well-made automatic watch that makes a nice impression with its pink sunray dial. The domed glass gives an appreciable vintage touch. The watch is sold on a steel bracelet but I find it more relevant on a leather strap. Nothing to report on the movement, it does the job (just a bit noisy if you shake the watch) In summary, for around €300, I think we have a very nice dress watch.
