I am very happy to share with you the experience of my latest Oris Artelier Complication. yes yes I said complication. what is a complication?? well everything that is added to a mechanical or automatic watch in addition to the hour, minute and second hand. the date is therefore already a complication. for my automatic model there are many complications on this piece. at noon first of all is the moon phase with a punchless adjustment so you must first adjust it by turning the hours which can be quite long; the new models are now equipped with a punch adjustment system. What is a moon phase for??? not much in reality but it is so beautiful and poetic to admire without moderation. let's go back to the dial the counter at three o'clock indicates the day of the week, at six o'clock a GMT counter and at nine o'clock the date. this watch with a contained diameter of 40mm will be able to adapt without problem to many chicken wrists or not. the glass is sapphire with an impressive anti-reflective treatment. in short a magnificent dress watch that can now only be found second-hand, this one having been removed from the Oris catalog and replaced by a new model that is very pretty all in all.
