Although I bought this Pulsar with the P2 of James Bond (see my opinion on Dialicious), we must give Caesar what is Caesar's! It is indeed this one that put me in the stirrup of LED watches which were an essential link in the electronic conquest of time... It was already the beginning of "new technologies" with watch models that progressed in terms of functionalities from one reference to another. This P2 Date is different in several ways, but let's start with the similarities: ➡️ Similarities with the Pulsar P2: Case Bracelet Batteries Glass (acrylic) Right button to display the seconds Adjustments with a magnet ➡️ Differences with the Pulsar P2: Pulsar logo printed on the glass and not engraved on the case Two buttons instead of one Left button to display the date and the AM/PM indicator Other than that it's the same watch as the Pulsar P2 with all its desirability - without the direct link with James Bond for those who are interested - and all its constraints, from the cruel lack of readability in the sun, to the energy consumption, including the need to have your hands free to read the time! The accelerometer popularized on a "watch" with the Apple Watch will only appear in 2016, more than 40 years later... A gadget that smells of memories or nostalgia for another era!
