I present to you this surprising "square" shaped Reglex with a wonderful slightly patinated linen dial, a slightly offset date at 6 o'clock, delicious applied indexes and luminescent baton hands, well almost! What a delight this watch from the 70s with its case shape. Reglex means REGlage EXcellent... It fits a France ébauche FE140-1b. It is truly a marvel, it sits perfectly on my small wrist with its 33mm and less than 40mm from lug to lug. I completely fell for this delicious French dresswatch that I could have bought in my childhood. And all that for less than 100 euros, it is absolute happiness.

A delight

A beautiful little vintage Nappey, probably from the 60s/65s, a diver's style with a French Lorsa p75 hand-wound movement, a superb smoked and degraded blue dial, a non-notched bezel, no signed or screwed crown, no indication of water resistance but a screwed back! It just has the style of divers. A superb granny that runs wonderfully, with timegrapher results worthy of the modern COSCé watch. I mounted it on a superb racing-type leather strap from L'Atelier Romane, it suits it wonderfully. Thanks to Atelier du Calibre from whom I bought this superb watch and thanks to Théo.

A sponge-like air!

My Seiko Alpinist is sublime, it has toolwatch specs and a dresswatch look, a very good 70h power reserve with a very famous 6R35 movement! It has a diameter of 39.5mm. Really very pleasant to wear! I wanted a blue dial watch, waterproof 200m, without rotating bezel and when I went to Seiko Lyon I fell for this one with its green sunray dial (yes and not blue), its golden hands and its cyclops for the date (mandatory for my failing eyesight). A pleasure and a treat to wear.
But I had precision problems, it lost 50s per day 5 months after purchase. After it spent 7 months in after-sales service I got it back! It works much better. And I LOVE it!


Prospex Alpinist SPB121J1,

Zenith Surf, New from stock, from the 90s with a 2572pc manufacture caliber. I fell for this watch at the first Lyon watch fair in Saint Germain au mont d'or at the end of October! 
A small Zenith, blue dial, very simple with a date. It was love at first sight, although it is only 34mm, but it is sublime and it is a Zenith! And this blue dial, these applied indexes, the old logo on the dial and the crown, its straight horns, I am delighted. I didn't think I would one day be able to afford a timepiece from such a prestigious manufacturer. Well I am not very objective.

The beautiful blue!

I bought this watch because I needed a simple and rustic watch for work (cook), after some research I came across Horloscaphe, The watches are designed and entirely assembled in France with a Swiss movement STP! I immediately fell for the simplicity, readability and its inspiration from the world of military diving. It's a field-watch. It has no colored or guilloche dial, no chamfering on the case, nothing special. It's just a diving watch. But here it is, it's simple, readable, precise, resistant (guaranteed), efficient and it has a rotating bezel with 60 CLIC. I'm won over.

Effective and inexpensive......!

The Sérica 4512 WMB is a small, discreet and refined manual winding watch! 
However, it is sold as a military watch, it could very well be a dress watch, a small diameter of 37.7 mm, a continuous thickness of 11.3 mm, a superb black enamel dial, broad arrow hands and a water resistance of 200m. 
It comes with a very beautiful metal "bonklip" bracelet, this bracelet has a particularly ingenious adjustment system but it has no safety on the clasp and it must be worn tight, otherwise it comes off by itself. 
So I wear my watch on leather bracelets (Romane or JB workshop). I wear it almost every day except at work. It is a pleasure at every moment and it has very good precision (drift +1 to 2s/day) for this SOPROD P24 MANUAL caliber. And good readability both day and night.
A superb timepiece that I highly recommend.

perfection in simplicity

Here is a simple and unpretentious little REGLEX watch. I say simple, but it is not pejorative. On the contrary, I like this raw side. It looks like the case was simply cut from a block of raw steel, without embellishment. And I am not even talking about the bracelet which, with only 6 brushed steel links, knows how to remain comfortable. The smoked dial can take on shades ranging from orange bronze to very dark brown. Superb. The design is typical of its time (the first owner bought it in 1972), where brushed steel invaded everyday life, whether it was lighting, hifi, ... and watches. The movement is a classic FE 3611, surprisingly precise (this is not its strong point in principle). It is a watch that I have had for more than 15 years, and that I wear regularly without getting tired of it, because I love its refined design. Truly a beautiful little vintage nugget!
