I have owned this watch for over two years. While walking past a watchmaker's shop it caught my eye, looking almost exactly like the Seiko watch my father wore in the 70s. The seller confirmed that it was indeed a reinterpretation of the Seiko Diver's from the 70s. Despite its price which I considered high for a Seiko (not being particularly interested in Seiko at the time) I bought it immediately. The finishes are of exceptional quality, the tonneau case is lightly brushed on the top, the chamfers and the crown are carefully polished, its steel bracelet also lightly brushed and polished on the edges gives this watch a little chic side, so it can be worn in all circumstances. The water resistance of this watch is 20 bars, it is designed for all demanding nautical activities, without having to take it off to go to dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The dimensions of the 42.7 mm case are misleading, you should not trust them because the dial including the bezel is only 38 mm, on the wrist it changes everything, it is discreet. I wear it most often with its steel bracelet, I prefer it that way, but I sometimes wear it with different nato bracelets, or even tropic. I have a few much more precise watches, but this is the one I wear most often, I never get tired of it, it is for me the diver that has the most charm in my collection, even if the chronometry leaves something to be desired, its only weak point, it nevertheless remains within the specs announced by Seiko.
