Why customers love Baltic?

This watch is truly the archetype of the tool watch, while being relatively elegant. The particularity of this model is its extremely discreet crown, which fits very well into the case. I really like the finesse of the latter, as well as the readability of the numbers and indexes. The glass highlights the dial. The bracelet is very comfortable to wear.

The dark dial with well-contrasted indexes ensures optimal readability, while the turquoise blue seconds hand adds a touch of modernity. The colored insert on the flange (green, blue, purple) seems to be a nod to exploration or timing watches, reinforcing its technical look. Luminova, colorful, all round. This hermetic was a hit and these 3 points are answers to this success. I took the green version, I hesitated with the blue one. The green one has a green luminova working very well. The watch is 37.5mm and has a Miyota series 9 (like many Miyota), the crown is the most critical point, being embedded in the case. One might think that the watch is difficult to wind. Indeed it is, but no need to wind it. A reset to the time, and wearing it on the wrist does the rest without winding the watch with the crown. The only thing that can be criticized about this watch is its movement. Otherwise the case is magnificent, the patina is superb, and the smoked brown dial with cream indexes is breathtakingly classy. What can I say? It is beautiful on its tropic, more naughty on a seaqual from Avel&Men, and dressed on its leather also from Avel&Men. All for a more than reasonable price

Micro-brands are sometimes gems and Baltic is an example! I don't know if we can still say that it is a "micro-brand" but the whole experience from buying in their showroom to contemplating my wrist and this for several years, discovering the evolution of an exceptional patina, is perfect. I did my first sea dive with it and everything went very well. The watch is beautiful and reliable...and what's more it's French! The tropical bracelet sold with the watch is very comfortable. Note that it is scented with monoi, which is rare enough to be highlighted.

I like limited editions and Baltic is accustomed to this. This Baltic x A collected man is a variant of the MR01, one of the most popular models by the Baltic brand. However, I did not like the Breguet numerals, this Baltic uses Arabic numerals located in a sector. Another sector is present for the minutes, divided into 5 minutes, and each minute is subdivided into 10 seconds. This minute sector is quite cluttered. The center of the dial, stamped Baltic, is grained and is partly eaten by a small second at 7:30. The graining matches the sunray present in the sectors. It looks very good. Note the case back revealing the micro-rotor caliber, which is well decorated for the price (700 euros in total). As with the other cases, Baltic bracelets can be put on this watch, the rice grain bracelet going very well with it.

This Baltic caught my eye at first glance. It is reminiscent of some of the most iconic watches we have ever seen. I love its vintage look and its flat link bracelet, which is as beautiful as it is comfortable. The choice of manual movement allows it to remain very thin and I don't mind the winding at all. On the contrary, it allows me to listen to its heart beating and I must say that it has a sweet sound. I am simply a fan!

Baltic has achieved the feat of making a watch that is truly wearable in all situations. It is first of all elegant, discreet, with its military / explorer inspiration. Worn with a leather strap, it will look very dressy. On a steel or fabric, it will look like a field watch. But the feat is not only on the aesthetics, it is also on the excellent specifications despite a very flat case: - water-resistance up to 15 bars - very robust Miyota movement - recessed crown, therefore very well protected (almost equivalent to a screwed one) - sapphire crystal - splendid luminescence that lasts honorably a good part of the night - very precise watch (+3sec / day), because very well adjusted by Baltic The 37mm case actually has quite a bit of presence, especially since the lugs are long (a little too much for my taste, even). I paired it with a Bonklip bracelet (from Joseph Bonnie), because it's a watch that I never take off: work, DIY, sports, swimming... It's the perfect combination. Its flat profile means that it still hasn't taken a real hit, glass and case intact, despite intense activity. Frankly, the only mixed points in my opinion are the bracelets provided: the plastic one is a little too firm and moderately comfortable, the metal (rice grains) is beautiful, but a little too heavy for the watch and not very comfortable if your wrist swells and deflates a lot during the day (no fine adjustment without a tool). Concerning the crown, don't worry: it took me a while to figure it out, but it's actually very easy to handle once you get the hang of it. Just pinch it between your nails, case vertical.

Wanting to own a chrono watch with a white dial and black sub-dials, I fell in love with this Baltic and its mouse-click options. And here I am, the owner of a number on this first series. My impressions? Small diameter, rather precise movement, very nice finishes and what's more, it has a face! I love it!
