My Nautilus is my first high-end watch, bought at a time when Instagram or other influencers didn't make fashions with a few photos. I was able to buy it directly from PP in Paris. I fell in love with this watch immediately because of its elegance, its finesse and its chic but offbeat side. On the dial side, absolutely nothing symmetrical with the date and moon face at 7 o'clock, the small seconds at 4 o'clock, the power reserve at 11 o'clock, normally this should put me off but I liked this mess at first glance. Later (after the purchase) I was able to understand that this chaotic arrangement has nothing to do with chance, but more with the technical constraints of the movement, the caliber 240 with micro rotor which usually equips more complicated watches (QP and others ...) The watch itself is extremely pleasant to wear because once on the wrist it is completely forgotten with its 8.5 mm thickness, it works just as well with a T-shirt as with a shirt. I continue to wear it regularly, it has a few scratches and a few dents but it lives!! In the end I find it characteristic of the Nautilus family, while being less classic than the 2 or 3 hand version while remaining rather on the elegant side compared to chronos or other complications. After a few years it is always a pleasure to rediscover it when I find it again.
