The must-have Macro Loupe for all watch lovers

Here is my little (48mm) aeronavigator, from Moscow Classic. It is clearly connected to aviation, the background is just magnificent.

It is a mechanical chronograph, without a quick date, with under the hood a Poljot 3133 mechanism (it is a so-called improved and Russian version of the Valjoux 7734).

It is solid! It is very reliable.

The leather strap is rather ordinary but holds up over time (and then I am not going to put a NATO strap on a Russian production, it would be heresy especially at the present time).

Here is a watch that doesn't pay for mine!
I was in an outlet in Germany, and there was the whole collection of Automatic diaphane at a really great price... so I bought them all!

Here is the one I wear most often.
Not the most discreet, all plastic or almost!

The visible movement, super reliable!

Apparently it is irreparable but for the moment (almost 20 years that I have them), none have let me down!

A diver! Very useful, especially when diving in your bathtub!
100m? 300m? Not enough! 1000m waterproof! Just that!
A small helium valve, a crown to calculate dive times…
Of course, a Swiss-made automatic, and 48mm in diameter (that’s respectable).
So what is this prestigious diver???
Are you dreaming of rare and/or very expensive pieces…

Well no! It’s a Sector (I can sense from here that the craze is no longer the same).
But Sector was pretty good at one time.

Anyway, here is my diver that I wear from time to time, full back, imposing, reliable, it’s a bit different!

Here is my latest arrival in the collection.

A pretty black Baume et Mercier Clifton, with its alligator strap.

Of respectable dimensions (45mm), I find it very elegant and very classy.

Inside it is classic: a SW200

I like to wear it, it is discreet enough to only attract the attention of amateurs.

I can't wait for its strap to be made to my wrist (the joys of a new alligator strap)...

For me it is a success.

Elegance…in XXL format

I was 12 years old, and I was eyeing this model that a family friend was proudly wearing.
It made me dream: chrono alarm, countdown… and then I discovered Breitling a little…
I learned before having it that it was a quartz… that put me off!
Plus the quartz was none other than a Miyota… in a Breitling it looks bad.
And then I ended up buying it…
It can’t be explained, but I love it like when I was eyeing it as a child…

And then… it’s still a Navitimer!

My first watch crush

I snapped it up on the net, but hadn't tried it before. It's beautiful with its white dial, its slightly weathered leather, its slightly coppery case... 44mm on my wrist has never been a problem, on the contrary. So I wear it from time to time, but, because there's a but... its crown is disproportionately large, and if I have the misfortune to use a computer keyboard, it gets stuck in my hand, leaving a pretty mark...

Is suffering good for you? Nevertheless, I don't hold it against me and wear it from time to time.

The brand Ollech &amp; Wajs was created in 1956 by Joseph Ollech and Albert Wajs in Zurich, Switzerland. Albert was responsible for the design, engineering and manufacturing of the watches, while Joseph handled marketing and retail sales.
