
I am one of those collectors who like to add meaning to the purchase of a watch. Linking it to a significant event in our lives (positive or negative but always important for its wearer). This pretty Reverso Tribute (boutique edition) is no exception to the rule. In addition to its magnificent "wine-colored" dial that echoes my epicurean side, it is above all a watch that reminds me of my dad. Magnificent watch, much more beautiful in real life than in the photo, it has a vintage side with a modern mechanism, not much to criticize it for, just a bit thick. The quality/price ratio is more than correct compared to certain brands. In short, I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend it.

Classy and rare

I bought this watch at Harrods to mark my 4th year as an expat in London. It took 8 months to get it and then had to be picked up within 7 days of the email from Harrods. The customer service is very random but far from the standards of some ADs. Already owning a Tudor Black Bay ETA (smiley), I knew more or less what to expect and yet this model gives me a completely different impression every time I wear it: the bezel, a slightly coppery dark green, as well as the softness of the golden notes of the hands make it a very beautiful watch for summer, on tanned skin. On the other hand, it is more difficult to wear with a suit or certain colors. I regret the bracelet which has fake rivets as well as its weight. Its power reserve is surprising (70 hours). Don't try to compare it to a green Sub, this watch has its own identity despite common points.
