It is a really nice watch on the wrist. I specify it but it is a little anecdotal it keeps the time perfectly. The blue of the dial is really pure which makes all its beauty in my eyes. The indexes are of an excellent finish as well as for the hands which are a signature of the brand. The bezel recalls the color of the dial and gives character the little extra is the sound which is reminiscent of that of a safe. The bracelet fits perfectly to the wrist even this chicken. The visual negative point is the false rivets which are found on the flanks of the links. It is an excellent watch in every way to my taste. I recommend

Perfect

It is a Superman bronze limited edition mission maubydick. It is a watch that is embellished with the patina of full bronze. The dial is a deep blue that has magnificent effects due to the light it attracts. The hands are magnificent, especially the second one. The numbers on the bezel give the watch a sporty feel. It is robust and keeps perfect time. It is a watch that I take everywhere, mountains, sea, work. I put the topic that is provided with it, I find it pleasant to wear, solid and above all very pretty with the bronze buckle as well. It is an excellent watch.

It is a vintage Lip Dauphine (from the 70s I think) with manual winding. It has a crazy charm due to its domed plexiglass which highlights its cream white dial which attracts the light. The typography of the numbers is simple and beautiful at the same time. The hour and minute hands are matte black, the second hand is gold. The date window fits perfectly into the dial. It is incredibly precise for its old age, I was even surprised. For the bracelet, I put a bright orange ostrich bracelet from the store "C le Bracelet de Montre Paris" it brings out the watch and brings pep to this old lady. It is comfortable and very well made.

Vintage Touching

It is a very pleasant timepiece to wear, light on the wrist. A gray white dial that is enlarged with blue meridians, the date window is the same color as the dial. The hands are an intense blue and quite surprising which changes intensity depending on the light. The bezel is polished, slightly curved with a beautiful graduation that reflects the light. The crown cover is elegant and gives a lot of character to the watch. To be honest, the little problem I find is the bracelet. It is not very adjustable when you have a chicken wrist. But it remains a magnificent piece in my eyes

This watch represents a part of Yema in recent years. This watch, with a diameter of 39mm was offered on Yema's first Kickstarter. It is a limited edition of 1948 copies, the date of the founding of the house.

This is the only bronze watch I have had. It is one of the particularities that I liked, another being the magnificent dial, which for me is the biggest asset of this watch.

Recently, Yema re-proposes a boosted version of this watch. A more accomplished case (presence of chamfer for example), their manufacture caliber (against the yema 1000 here (no problem with the movement)), a Lollipop hand vs a spade hand, and finally a transparent back against a solid back on the first version.

I also presented this watch on my Youtube channel LaPauseMontre; I allow myself to preach for my parish :-). This video was presented a few weeks before the announcement of the new Yema maubydick, since then I no longer had that spark when I saw it, while I had it... Me and others had trouble understanding how THE watch presenting the new caliber was an almost exact copy of this Yema which had worked very well.

The combo with the navy bracelet is I find the combo that suited it best, special mention all the same to military canvas.

Today, without this spark, I resigned myself to selling it, and I did it without financial loss, despite everything with a little bitter taste in my mouth. I think I will take the new one again one day, still in blue.

Yema Revival

This Superman bronze Bordeaux is my first mechanical watch so it has an important place in my collection, combining elegance and robustness, the bronze case, a material well known for its unique natural patina, has a diameter of 39 mm perfectly adapted to my wrist. The burgundy bezel, which surrounds the dial, adds a subtle but distinct touch of color, while the black dial contrasts nicely with the luminous indexes and hands, making it easier to read the time, the central red pointer also adds a little pep to the watch. It is accompanied by a NATO fabric strap in shades of green which harmonizes perfectly with the color of the bezel, creating a beautiful visual balance.
