Here is a little bomb from 1979: a Citizen Seven Star Quartz. The star here is above all the sunburst and smoked dial whose emerald color is simply hypnotic. The dial is enhanced by slightly raised two-tone indexes giving relief to the whole. The thin hands match the indexes perfectly. A sign of a typically Japanese attention to detail, the second hand aligns perfectly with the sub-indexes. The 70s-style case is small; this is why this watch is mainly worn by my wife who had to swap the original strap - although very comfortable - for a leather strap in her size. Finally, the use of Kanji makes this daydate an exotic watch for our countries. Despite its age, this little Citizen is elegant and original, you will have understood: we love it!
