Why customers love Frederique Constant?

Why do we love our Frederique Constant rather than another watch brand? There are undoubtedly as many different reasons to love your Frederique Constant as there are Frederique Constant models that have been sold! To help you find the Frederique Constant that suits you, Dialicious invites you to take inspiration from reviews of authentic owners who own at least one Frederique Constant. The most recent reviews are presented first and you can also sort them by rating, number of views, interest from the Dialicious community or alphabetically.

This is the first complicated watch that I bought for myself when my first book came out. At the time, I didn't know much about watchmaking other than the most famous brands. I first thought about buying a skeletonized Tissot with manual winding, but I saw in the store that for the same price, I could have other complications in addition, such as the date and the moon phase. That's what made me fall for this Frederique Constant Classic Heart Beat Moonphase. The case is made of yellow gold-plated steel. Its silver dial is decorated with a clous de Paris motif, an ornamentation obtained by guilloché that has the shape of pyramidal nail heads with small grooves between each nail. It is partially skeletonized with a round opening at 12 o'clock called "Heart Beat" and which allows, as its name suggests, to see the heartbeat of the watch. At 6 o'clock, there is a moon phase window. The indexes are equipped with printed Roman numerals and the hands are Breguet type, recognizable by their small eccentrically hollowed-out circles. The case back is open and allows you to see its rotor with Côtes de Genève finishes, a famous pattern composed of a series of wavy streaks. Finally, the strap is made of calfskin with crocodile pattern. The strong point of this watch is its value for money. It is rare to see so many complications in this price range. Its vintage side is pleasant but can be a little old-fashioned. It is not a watch that can be worn on all occasions. On the negative side, I deplore the imprecision of the indexes. There is a circular railway but it does not correspond to the minutes. In addition, the inscription of the dates all around the dial as well as its pointer can be confused with the minutes. specs: Hours, minutes, seconds, date pointer, moon phase, Heart Beat Diameter: 40 mm Thickness: 10 mm Power reserve: 38 h Year: 2017 Ref: FC-335MC4P5 Depth: 60 m

The Needle: Our Opinion on the FC Classics Quartz

5.0

Hello everyone! This time we meet again for a new review of the Frédérique Constant brand. Today let's review the Classics Quartz model, a watch that I describe as sublime and that knows how to be forgotten. First of all, I'll share with you some technical characteristics: Case diameter: 40 MM Movement: Quartz Case: Stainless Steel Case thickness: 9 millimeters Glass: SAPPHIRE Waterproofness: 50M Bracelet material: Leather Lug width: 20MM Year of manufacture: 2022 As you will have understood, its characteristics for a dress watch are really excellent! I guarantee that wearing it every day, even at work, is a real pleasure both for the eyes and for its comfort! It is extremely light and in 30 minutes, you no longer feel like you are wearing anything on your wrist. What is notable are the finishing qualities that I find incredible, the steel has been so well worked, that just to the eye the watch appears to be of very high quality. And this turns out to be totally true. The leather strap is so pleasant, supple but robust, the quality is once again very present. The dial offers a deep midnight blue with a slight guilloche in the background which gives it its classic and distinguished side! the sub-dials know how to be discreet and integrate perfectly into the whole with their display of the day and date. The proportions are simply perfect. That's all for this review, so yes most of the reviews published so far are very good but the fact remains that the watches for which the reviews were given are all more interesting than the others. It was Yannice from the channel l'Aiguille, I'll see you soon!

A magnificent first daily

4.4

On the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of my first purchase of a "luxury" watch, here I am to give you an opinion on this magnificent Frédérique Constant Highlife. Choice: To begin with, the choice of the watch. I hesitated for a long time between the Frédo and a Tag Heuer Carrera. The Tag had the advantage of the popularity of its brand, an element to which I was not insensitive. I wanted a well-known name for a first purchase, surely to fill a complex. Fortunately, I ended up detaching myself from this childish aspect to move towards the Highlife, which had been recommended to me by an insider. Especially since if I'm going to take a Carrera, it might as well be a chronograph, especially for a motorsport enthusiast. Purchase: For the purchase, I wanted to take it new, once again, a story of a first purchase. In the store, it was listed at 1,895 euros if I remember correctly and we could find it on Chrono24 for around 1,400. Finally, it was a Leboncoin ad for this beauty that was barely 3 months old that convinced me. Listed at 1,200 euros, I was able to negotiate it down to 900 euros from the owner who seemed in a hurry. For the record, he had changed for a Bell&Ross. Aesthetics: As for the watch, I never get tired of it. Its matte dial is enhanced by the glass and I suppose thanks to the treatment of the latter. All the reflections are magnificent, whether they come from natural light or not. It happens to me at least once a day to look at it and have a beautiful reflection that makes me say every time: "It's really beautiful!". The indexes are clear and reading the time is very easy on this watch. Straps: The watch comes with 2 straps, one in steel and one in silicone. I wear it 80% of the time on the steel strap because I find that it sits better and that's also what I was looking for when buying this watch, a steel strap. The silicone strap is very pretty and gives the watch a very nice look, especially in the summer. The double folding clasp of the steel strap seems solid and is very pleasant to use. Reliability: I don't know if it comes from my lifestyle or the watch, but the winding of the latter seems light in automatic. At first, I thought that an automatic watch should wind itself and that I wouldn't have any problems. Although I work at a desk, I stay active and walk a little but obviously that's not enough. The watch therefore had a tendency to stop regularly. To overcome this, I wind it every morning and also in the evening when I take it off. Flaw: If I had to find one, I would say the integrated bracelet. Not its aesthetics because the result is great, but simply the complexity of finding other bracelets outside of those FC. I suppose that it is a problem for all watches with an integrated bracelet. I hope that this review has interested you and that I have been clear even though I am a beginner. I am at your disposal if you have any specific questions about this watch and also listening to your recommendations. See you soon!
