Why customers love Nomos Glashütte?

This little Nomos has just arrived in my collection. The finishes are really well executed, this green dial called petrol is a success. What can I say about the finesse of this piece, only 8.3cm. Nomos is really a brand apart that combines the quality price ratio in a beautiful way. Remains to live with

This Nomos, even if it has a contained diameter, displays a beautiful presence on the wrist. This watch is a real eye catcher, the blue sunray dial and the mirror polished finish of the case and bracelet are undoubtedly something to do with it. The movement, visible on the back of the case, is superbly finished, especially considering the price of the watch. The only debatable point of this watch is the bracelet which seems light and the mirror polished finish buckle which is a great scratch catcher.

I've had my eye on this watch for a while now! High expections have been met and exceeded! First impression is the the dial isn't as white as expected, it is a creamy silver that has a ton of depth and shades. The small touches of colors of mint green, orangeish/red, and black, are perfect touches. Overall the design seems to play in between mostly the German famous Bauhaus style that Nomos has been deeply influenced by and a touch of Mid-century with the color palette used. Finishing is very elevated for anything in this price point. The movement has been very impressive! Manual hand wind with a very unique power reservse indicator. Watch has been running around -1sec a day, which has been fantastic. Nomos specs list it as +/- 10secs a day, so this is running even better. It has a beautifully decorated caseback that really catches light from any angle and reflects in any angle that really makes it pop! A couple the areas that others may not like, I knew this ahead of purchase and wasnt a dealbreaker for me. 1) the lug width is 15-16mm spring bars but the strap width is 18mm. I've been able to use other straps with this by using those specs above, but it is a different approach to swapping straps that others may not be a fan of. 2) the date is set independant of setting time. There is only one setting for both. They do have a somewhat of a shortcut (and I use the word very lightly lol) where you can change the date at midnight and then back the time up to 9pm, where you will hear an audible click and then back to midnight where the date will advance. Both are areas that could be better exacuted, but were not dealbreakers for me personally.

Hello everyone, I share with you this opinion on the Nomos Ludwig reference 249, its name, "Duo white enamel". So yes, we are far from the other models of the brand which have a much greater visibility, like the Orion, the Tangente and the Club for example. So yes, also I think I can already hear the little internal voices of a large number of people: "What 33... 33mm, but that's small!" It is not really the standard for a man's wrist, of course, but I share this watch with my partner for whom I bought an XS strap so that she can also have it on her wrist from time to time. The opening of the dial gives the impression of wearing a vintage going to 35mm in diameter. For your information, my wrist is rather flat and measures 17.5cm, the lugs of the watch do not protrude, it is very quickly forgotten thanks to its 6.6mm thickness (2.6mm for the movement) and its weight.... 33gr with the bracelet! An important point is the width between the lugs, which is 17mm, so either you buy the bracelets from Nomos, or you have a small custom bracelet made for fun. The Alpha.2 movement is very beautiful, the watch has a sapphire back that allows you to observe it for a long time (it is a shame to hide it). The winding is smooth, the adjustment flexible. I chose this watch both for the brand (because I wanted a Nomos for a long time), its finesse, the slightly vintage side and because with only two hands, time is discreet. It reminds me a bit of the Blancpain Villeret 2 gold hands with the caliber 21 (my dream...) In short, for me it's 100% positive. I wear the watch regularly, outside of sports activities, as well in a suit as with jeans and a t-shirt.

After a long search for my first and only mechanical watch, I chose the Club Campus 737 from Nomos. Its rounded contours, generous dial and little touch of color make it a perfect choice for me. This watch is not flashy, but as soon as you look at the finishes, you can't help but notice the attention to detail and the quality of the finishes (especially in terms of the caliber that you can see through a transparent case back). The slightly long lugs put some people off, but personally I don't see any problem with that, the watch fits properly on my wrist. The strap provided with the watch is very pretty. I am fully satisfied.

This is one of the brand's most original watches with its power reserve indicator which, as the spring unwinds, turns red as a reminder with the small seconds. Its sober dial and syringe hands give it an impression of precision in reading the time. Its refined case design, its thin thickness (oxymoron) and its open case back, mean that we never tire of admiring it from every angle. I bought it second-hand from an enthusiast. I personalized it with a brown cordovan strap (originally black) from the brand which is patinating wonderfully and a folding clasp to bring an extra touch of luxury and nobility to its natural humility.

The best of German watchmaking at affordable prices, Nomos is a brand for enthusiasts! The 37mm Club Sport is perfect for all types of wrists. The 100% in-house movement is magnificent and at only 3.2mm, it's a feat for an automatic. The green sunray dial called "petrol" changes from mint to olive, it's superb!

I chose this Nomos for its sporty character but also its finesse which in my opinion makes it an everyday watch, as pretty with a shirt as an old faded t-shirt. The Colors seen on the internet are not always representative of this polar blue tending towards gray, or even an ocean blue with the most beautiful effect depending on the angle of the view. Its neomatik movement is magnificent but my watch is at -10s per day which disappoints me a little. Also the lugs seem a little long to me compared to the finesse of the case, just like the inside of the clasp which deforms the bracelet a little once the watch is put on my small wrist. Its readability is excellent, as is its comfort.

A cold, sad watch hungry for information since it only gives the time, and even then, only if you make the effort to wind it at least every two days, otherwise it will run out of steam and stop. 19mm strap, not at all practical to change it… And then one day you put it on your wrist. And the magic happens. Silver dial playing with the light, transparent back that lets you see the small caliber without pretensions but home made in Glashutte, it sits very well on the wrist and is both dressed and slender. Very refined, it is simple without being simplistic, chic without being shocking, it comes back to the essentials of what I expect from a watch, the little grain of madness or warmth less perhaps…
