Slava Owner Review : Tonic, energized and refined

Swinging facets

This hexagonal watch from the Second Moscow Watch Factory (Slava) looks, under its air of a proper dress watch, like it is about to explode. The upper and lower sides are slightly arched, it looks like they are about to burst into two other sides thus forming an octagon. Or maybe it was an octagon that folded into a hexagon? Or maybe they are simply beating. Still, the watch is on a fast pace, the hours are not marked, only the minutes are (The watch also exists in an inverted version where the burgundy part is in the center and the crown is white with large hour numerals after the railroad (https://urss.watch/2022/12/10/slava-2414-hexagonale-export/). This "minutes" version of the hexagonal Slava is more elegant with its radiating indexes, but above all more energetic. We imagine all the power of the disco of the 1970s-80s. It has a 21-jewel Slava 2414/2.5Hz caliber, central seconds and date. For the soundtrack, we imagine listening to Boney M in concert in Moscow ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPOI9n3lJLg ). Adjectives: hexagonal, rhythmic, classy, disco, radiant, energetic
